Power Rankings: November 22nd

Cover image from: wikipedia.org

It is now week 3 for my power rankings and the Boston Bruins keep the top spot by now over 2 points. The Bruins have dominated the league so far with an amazing 17-2-0 record. Behind them the Devils jump up a spot after winning 13 in a row and a 16-3-0 record.

Here is the formula that I am using for my power rankings:

((GD/CF%)+(√PK%+√PP%))*PTS%

The more red that a column is, the worse that the team is in that category compared to the rest of the league. A pure white column means that the team is the best in the league.

The highest riser of the teams was the St. Louis Blues as they went up 10 spots. The Blues have gone 5-0-0 since the last power rankings. The Blues are also the best preforming team since then, rising 2.43 points.

The team that dropped the most spots was the Philadelphia Flyers, dropping 10 spots. The Flyers are 0-3-2 since the last power rankings, with a loss in OT to the Jackets and a SO to the Canadiens. The Blackhawks, however, was the worst preforming team as they lost 1.81 points. The Hawks have lost 4 in a row since the last power rankings, going 0-4-0.

I do apologize for this being out late, I have been busy but will hope to get it out this Sunday on time!
