Not much change from last power rankings to now.
Here is the formula that I am using for my power rankings:
((GD/CF%)+(√PK%+√PP%))*PTS%

The more red that a column is, the worse that the team is in that category compared to the rest of the league. A pure white column means that the team is the best in the league.
The highest riser of the teams was a the Pittsburg Penguins who are 2-0-0 since the last power rankings with 2 wins against the Sabres. They rose up 5 slots. The Washington Capitals was the most improved team as they went up 0.86 points. The Capitals are 3-0-0 since the last power rankings, scoring 4 or more goals in each game.
The team that dropped the most spots was the Nashville Predators as they dropped 4 spots. A week after being the most improved, they fell down dropping 0.75 points. They are 0-2-0 since the last power rankings, including a 2-5 loss to the Lightning.
